Serenity Now

Making spaces peaceful during this pandemic is a must for most people. With the uncertainty of life growing, your personal space should be an oasis. The year 2020 came with a pandemic and 100 other things to stress you out (not an exaggeration).

As I sat in my Mom’s apartment in Pennsylvania, I realized that the people in her building had a different idea of what peace and quiet was. They were always speaking loudly in their homes or listening to the TVs on full blast. They were older and might have been hard of hearing but as for me, I heard everything till my head started pounding. I was out of my element. I am used to my serene, quiet space in my luscious back yard. Here’s what I came up with to relax, but not too long.

I just figured that watching that and trying it a few times would inspire someone to participate in creating more peace in the world. The more light we bring into the world the more bright our vibration will be and the less the chaos will impact us negatively on our way to the unity of the Universe. Create peace.
